I've never had issues with the Zoom Windows app before but yesterday, I started getting the message: "Unable to sign in Error code 1132". I can still login on the website through my internet browser and on my phone but not on the Zoom desktop client for Windows. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Does anyone know why this might be happening? I've even tried making a new account with a different email address to no avail. I'm on Windows 11.

Resolved! 1132 long fix

I have an1132 issue. I contacted zoom trust and safety, but they have not responded. How long does it take?

Resolved! error code 1132

Hi guys, why am I getting a error code 1132 on my desk top, but not my phone? My desk top uses windows. I tried the chatbox and it didn't help.

Hey everyone, I am having an issue with client's in different times zones missing meetings because they get confused.

 

I set up the meeting in my local time and send them the invite. 

Is there anyway to make it so the emailed invite shows the meeting time/day in their local time?

I need a help: i started a meeting on zoom and after 18 minutes i designed a host  then when the meeting was finished i didn't manage to get the entire recording but i got only 18 minutes recording. I looked every where in my computer, because i choosed the option of recording on the computer, but i didn't find it. Thank you helping me because it's very important for me to get that recording

We get an error when we try installing or uninstalling the Zoom application. Error message"C:\Windows\TEMP|ZoomInstallerFull_5.13.11.13434_x64.msi" cannot be found We can't find the MSI file in the temp folder, so we can't reinstall the latest versio... Show more


We get an error when we try installing or uninstalling the Zoom application. 

 

Error message

"C:\Windows\TEMP|ZoomInstallerFull_5.13.11.13434_x64.msi" cannot be found 

 

We can't find the MSI file in the temp folder, so we can't reinstall the latest version of Zoom. We also tried the Clear Zoom exe but keep getting the same error. Please let me know where we can download this MSI file. If not please provide us alternative solution.

No button to allow participants to record

I am using Zoom for Meetings with just one participant. Although me as Host I can locally record the meeting (button is visible) there is no option to allow my participant to record it on her device. I red it should appear in the participants menu under 'more' but there is no option for giving the permission to her.

Cannot update Zoom software

I originally installed Zoom many years ago (pre-Covid) and I am having a problem applying an update. I have downloaded the install exe file for 6.0.11. When this runs it brings uo the sign-in page. I enter the releant details and it returns an error ... Show more

I originally installed Zoom many years ago (pre-Covid) and I am having a problem applying an update.

 

I have downloaded the install exe file for 6.0.11.  When this runs it brings uo the sign-in page.  I enter the releant details and it returns an error that I need to be on version 5.15.5 whereas I am on 5.15.3.  The error message asks me to contact my IT support team.  I am a private individual and not a corporate IT user so there is no support team (except for me)

Accidently removed a participant from meeting and now they cannot rejoin

I hosted a meeting today and accidently removed a participant who had permission to attend. They are unable to reattend the meeting tomorrow as it has the same log on code. Does anyone know how I give them permission again please?
