I am having trouble with my Zoom platform.  I normally have multiple tabs open while I tutor kids.  I am experiencing the audio spitting and crackling as well as the video glitching the whole time I am connected.

I am receiving notice suggesting that I close tabs to alleviate audio issues.  Strange, this is.  I have reduced my normally used tabs to just one or two and it still continues to happen.

My internet speeds are high (upload and download tests over 900). 

Does anyone have any ideas?  Crucial to my ability to work....Thank You 

It looks like Zoom has determined that the entire world is incorrect with the definition of "Minimize" and has taken it upon themselves to rewrite the definition, for their own purposes. When you click minimize and you expect it to, um, I don't know....MINIMIZE, it instead gives you a little useless window that has top focus above your other apps. 

Well, here is my personal opinion:  #FAIL

It's really just a bad idea.

How do I disable this annoying "feature"?

Please, for the love of God, just    MAKE.    IT.    GO.    AWAY.

My meetings freeze and often crash whenever I use an external webcam. I've tried a Logitech and j5 and both are causing my feed to lag and it sometimes also freezes audio or drops me completely. I thought it was a wifi or Logitech issue at first but now it it happening with the j5 camera as well. I've tried the video settings solution given in the link and it has not worked. 

Does ANYONE have additional advice? I use Zoom all the time for work and it is seriously impacting my life in that respect. I may try going back to the older version of Zoom (as suggested), but if I remember correctly I updated Zoom precisely because I was having this issue then too. 

Please chime in if you know how to address this!  

When attanding a zoom meeting I am on a Samsung tablet connected using the Smartthings app to a Samsung TV and the Zoom audio will not output from the TV. I have tried the Zoom settings and that does not appear to fix the issue. Samsung stated that due to privacy concerns, Zoom will not stream audio from the tablet to the TV. Can anyone confirm this?

I have several zoom accounts. In 1 of the accounts when I start to record, it changes the camera zoom on my webcam (to a size I do not want). It only does this when we record and only on 1 of my zoom acounts, not the others. I have checked all settings and cannot see a difference. Any ideas for how to correct would be helpful. Thank you.

Personal de ZOOM: Se requiere saber el calendario de ACTUALIZACIONES, y prever el tiempo que les lleva aplicar una de estas y evitar que, al ingresar a una reunión ya programada, resulte que zoom corre el proceso de actualización y luego de esto hay que desinstalar la aplicación y volverla a instalar para que la configuración de micrófono, video y grabación si funcionen.
