Hide Host Cursor During Webinar (or Zoom Meeting)

I always find that seeing a cursor fly all around the screen is distracting and annoying.  Even when I try to remind myself not to move the mouse around while I'm speaking, old habits die hard.  Is there a setting that will allow me to prevent my mouse from being recorded as part of a Zoom Meeting or Webinar?  I mostly use PowerPoint for my presentations and would prefer the recording does not show the cursor. Thank you!!

    Hi @garnac

There is no way to hide the cursor on the Zoom side, since Zoom just captures everyone on the screen.

Unless you need the cursor for something specific, I'd suggest using the keyboard arrow keys to change slides, that way you can keep the cursor off to the side of the screen.

    Hi Bort

Please can you ask the Zoom technical developers to consider a way to help people delivering sessions using the whiteboard to enable people to comment anonymously.

Is there a way that as the host, I can have people in a white board where we cannot see who is writing? (e.g. they join a Zoom meeting and I can see their names but when we join the Zoom whiteboard they can be anonymous?).

Is it possible to have a function button as host where I can switch off all 'collaborator cursors' so we cannot see who is writing what comments in the whiteboard?

I need to have it so people can write things anonymously as I am exploring very sensitive topics and people will not collaborate if they know their comments can be linked to them.

I am working with Clinical Doctors in the UK on highly sensitive topics so people want to have anonymity when sharing their views

I have been going around in circles and not getting anywhere with the chatbox and forums so I would really appreciate your help.
