I have a Zoom Workspace Pro and Zoom Webinars, but no access to them and no access to support.
I have a Zoom Workspace Pro and Zoom Webinars, but no access to them and no access to support. I cannot assigned the license to a user. It says I have exceeded the limit. I do not have access to Zoom chat or phone support because it indicates that I have the Basic. What do I do?
