Has anyone found a solution to zoom bombers repeatedly bombing a meeting while flashing?
I am unable to locate the link to start and host the recurring - no fixed time meeting I created.
Recently my workplace has been running into an issue with Zoom when our webcam is streaming its picture on the screen. Zoom will be slow to respond to any clicks such as muting, minimizing, maximizing windows, moving the window around, etc. The network connection seems normal, talking to people and camera movement seem to work normally. Resource Manager shows around 60%-70% usage of CPU / RAM during a meeting and the SSD has plenty of space available. I have tried the following: 1. Updating windows to the newest version, reinstalling zoom None of these changes have made any discernable difference. I am thinking I could try and update the software of the TV but that doesn't make sense as it is only Zoom having this issue. Anyone else having similar issues?
What's odd is nothing else seems to run slow during this time, only Zoom. Microsoft Teams does not experience this issue.
2. Rolling back windows updates and graphics drivers to the last known working version
3. Changing the webcam from a Logitech Brio to a Logitech 960
4. Changing the PC to a different PC (we have two boardrooms it's happening to both)
5. Tried both 32 bit and 64 bit installs
6. Ensured Logitech webcam software was up to date and only running at 720p - even on a fresh PC with no software installed it runs the same
7. Lowered the resolution of the TV from 3840x2160 to 1920x1080

Hello, Meeting invites are not appearing in the Upcoming Meetings tab. The only meetings that are appearing are meetings that have been created by the user. Not meetings they have been invited to. These invites are for meetings that an individual has been added and an attendee via zoom. Additionally, they have also been added as an alternative host. Why aren't these meeting invites showing in the upcoming meetings tab?

Using a Dell XPS13 Windows 11 as the host machine and the $169 version of Zoom, all updated to current. When I switch from Gallery view to Speaker view, the wrong person's picture shows up, even though the current speaker's box is highlighted. I tried double clicking and right-clicking on the actual speaker but it doesn't change. How do I correct this?

First time recording a Zoom meeting and I saved it as a local recording instead of the cloud (rookie mistake). Am I able to rename the recording and send the link to the participants? I didn't want to rename and make the recording unusable. I suppose it's too late to move the recording to the cloud, isn't it? Any guidance would be greatly appreciated!

Hi there. I’ve iFramed a Zoom meeting registration link into my landing page on WordPress and it looks great, but when you fill in the form and click submit in Chrome you get a little sad face. In Safari, the form goes away entirely. Once someone clicks submit they should get a message stating that their registration is pending approval. Can anyone help with this issue? Maybe there’s a way to redirect the person upon clicking to a new page or something. The confirmation email goes through, so the registration does go through, but it's just the end user experience that's confusing.

I have a colleague tampering with my Zoom Meetings. How do I stop it?
I don't even get messages that the meetings have been moved on the calendar.
Not sure as to how that happens.
Is there a way to protect meetings?
Any advice?
I have created a Zoom link that is used multiple times for a standing team meeting. However, the reason for the link has ended, but old participants continue to use the link to meet for other meeting needs. I need to terminate their use of my Zoom link. Can I disable or delete the Zoom link and or the meeting ID? Zoom Workplace Version 6.0.10 MacOS
