Delete a string of chats from one user

We were just zoom-bombed by someone who posted a string of offensive sayings in the chat. They were all identical and appeared quickly before I could remove and report the user. I then deleted his chats one by one. Is there a way that I could have deleted his entire string of chats at once?

I'd encourage you to gather as much information as you can and submit a report to the Zoom Trust & Safety team at https://zoom.us/trust-form.

As you may have already discovered, there is a way for a Host/Co-Host to delete individual chat messages if the option is enabled for your account, but there is currently no way to remove all chat messages from an individual.

I request that Zoom consider adding the ability to delete a string of Chat messages from a single  at once. Our issue was a Zoom-bomber came to our session and posted a long string of profane, abusive, and offensive messages very quickly. If a user can post that quickly, we should be able to delete all offensive posts quickly.

As it stood, our online community had to see these abusive posts for several minutes while I deleted them one-by-one. This favors the abusers. Please consider. Our account which we use regularly is a paid account. I can provide the account information with Zoom privately.
