need to enable Custom Live Streaming Service for Facebook, it says locked by admin!

I have a problem, I'm trying to set up live-streaming to my Facebook group, and I see that in my Zoom account the option Custom LIVe Streaming Service is unchecked, but I cannot tick the box because it says it's locked by Admin, does anyone know how ...
