Is there a way to TURN OFF the Raise Hand Feature all together? I already removed the reactions button on settings, but now a lone Raise hand feature remains. I would like to remove this because we have some questions with selected people ready to answer and if the atendees raise their hand, the selected people will move out of the "host order" and place the people who raise their hand at the beginning on "gallery view". Thank you!

We as Hosts experienced that when we clicked Start Schedule Zoom, and clicked Join Audio,a message appeared in the Join Audio box with country/region, meeting ID, participant ID and Password,so we couldn't continue using the Zoom application, usually... Show more

We as Hosts experienced that when we clicked Start Schedule Zoom, and clicked Join Audio,
a message appeared in the Join Audio box with country/region, meeting ID, participant ID and Password,
so we couldn't continue using the Zoom application, usually it immediately opened,
set up and tested on Miq and Speaker are correct, can anyone help?

I could not find my Simultaneous Interpreter recording audio file on cloud even though I enabled this.
Can anyone help with this?

Zoom "Support" Chat Bots Are Useless

I have a paid Pro account with one additional license, meaning I pay around $32 a month. Yet I am not entitled to actual support except from a useless bot.

Our advanced security settings for our pro account are set up to allow a user to be signed in on two computers at once—a significant convenience. However, twice recently a second computer signed in during a meeting and caused issues, either ending the meeting completely OR one computer "booted" the other (contrary to this setting) and disrupted the meeting. Can someone help?

 

This has not been an issue previously. Do we need to open a ticket? (Not sure how to do that!)

Resolved! No sound from participants until they have spoken a few words.

Having trouble with "sound activation"? I can't hear a participant until after they've said a few words or when they project their voice. There are some participants who speak softly that I can never hear at all. I've tried changing Zoom's background noise suppression level but there is no option to save changes and when I go back to check, it is back to auto/default. I facilitate a weekly support group and it's really awkward when I can't hear someone. I've tried using cc but that is delayed. I've updated the audio drives on my computer but that hasn't helped. Zoom technical support is not available with the level of service I have.

I have a strange occurrence,

 

When I use by Bose NC700 Bluetooth headphones while on a call on my laptop, my bandwidth will get really low and in many cases drop the call. Is this common for Bluetooth headphone users? Currently using the latest version of zoom out there. 

 

Could this be hardware related?

For the last few years I have scheduled a weekly meeting. It has now dissapeard from my list of upcoming meetings so I am unable to see how many meetings are scheduled. I would like to keep programming the same meeting with the same ID and the same password. The meeting has been taking place but I know that sooner rather than later I will run out of "scheduled meetings".  Please help me.
