I'm trying to stream a meeting using a custom streaming service. 

--> I first went into my account settings and turned on live-streaming (and checked the box to allow for Custom Live Streaming Service)

--> After that I tried to do the following (As per the support links) but step #5 doesn't exist.

Follow the sections below to set up custom live-streaming for a meeting or webinar:

Meetings

  1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal.
  2. Click Meetings.
  3. Click Schedule a Meeting and enter the required information to schedule a meeting.
  4. Click Save to display a set of tabs with advanced options.
  5. Click the Live Streaming tab, then click Configure Custom Streaming Service.""
    --------------- 

    The only tab that pops up regarding live streaming, does not include a section for "Configure custom streaming service" (See attached picture). 

    So... where do I go to configure the custom streaming service and enter my stream information, since it's no longer located where the help file says.

I have a plan that allows me access my recordings but for some reason when i try and access them it gives me an error code. How can I access my recordings? I have upgraded my plan as well.. Please help!!

Resolved! Client 5.16.0 - 5.16.5 Broken on 64Bit AMD

Unable to run Zoom Client 5.16 (64bit) on Windows 10 64bit. I have installed Zoom Client 5.16.0 - 5.16.5 trying both x86/x64, removed the clients using ZoomClean with a reboot in between. I even by passed the firewall but the 64bit clients do not wor... Show more

Unable to run Zoom Client 5.16 (64bit) on Windows 10 64bit. 

I have installed Zoom Client 5.16.0 - 5.16.5 trying both x86/x64, removed the clients using ZoomClean with a reboot in between. I even by passed the firewall but the 64bit clients do not work.

The MSI log looks like a successful install and process monitor is not showing any clue so far.

Zoom Client just never loads.

Something is broken with 5.16, there are not logs created anywhere that I can find except the MSI log file.

It looks like 5.15.12 is the last version of 64bit that will run in my environment.

We recently ran out of Zoom licenses for our users.  I wanted to ask if there is a way to see what licensed users are not using their Zoom license.   I tried doing a report on inactive users and wondering if the "Creation Time" in the report means the last time they created/hosted a meeting.  Thank you.

A few seconds later, I'm in again but it keeps disconnecting...

I don't get( any error code

My device is imac ventura 13.6.7
I don't know which is my zoom version
I tried to download the app but my imac doesn't accept it.

Hi,

 

If i set up multiple breakout rooms, I sometimes need to return some of the people from one of the breakout rooms to the main session whilst keeping the rest in their respective breakout rooms.

 

I know i can move the participants i want from the room to the main session. My issue is it doesn't seem to allow me to move them back into their breakout room again. I do not want to close all the breakout rooms as the remaining participants will also come into the main session which is what I'm trying to avoid.

the first problem is a difficulty of using a keyboard on iPad. Every time I want to type, the line for typing disappears in a second and then I have to tap many times and when I type, it suddenly disappears.

next one I can remove the participants as I could with the previous version.

I have to tap on the screen to see the tool bar, that is also annoying.

And then when I want to see the participants, the screen is covered with the big box.
