Since last Friday 7-26-24 i am unable to start a zoom room or even to reinstall zoom on my windows 7 system due to an error which states: The procedure entry point GetSystemCPUSetInformation could not be located in the dynamic link library KERNEL32.dll. I have run ckdsk to scan and correct any system file errors, and still the problem remains. Any help would be appreciated.

I have the same issue. I will try installing Microsoft C++ as the recommendation from zoom site.

The Zoom desktop app has stopped to support Windows 7 and Windows 8/8.1 since the 6.0.0 release.

Please use version 5.17.x on Windows 7. Version 5.17.x will be banned from logging in and joining meetings in July 2025.
