Where in the user interface is the option for Zoom Workplace Basic Plus customers to extend a meeting beyond the 40-minute max? I'm not seeing the option in the UI. (If this is answered in another thread, please point me there, however I was unable to find.) -Thank you!

We have Zoom Meeting configured.
I can Initiate Zoom Meeting from Salesforce and Zoom Meeting and Event records are created.
Once meeting is done, I get email that meeting recording is ready, but VideoCall record that has the link to the recording and transcript is not created.
Please guide me how to troubleshout it, what are we missing?

I'm writing to report a frequent problem with the Zoom program on the server. For the past week, the application has been closing unexpectedly during meetings, causing substantial delays to my work.
Error Code: 104103
hello, my monthly plan is zoom workplace pro, tomorrow I have a large meeting and I need to accommodate for 1000 attendees, so I purchase the large meeting add on for 1000 participants. Now the problem is the following: 1- on the profile: i can see the add on large meeting 1000 participant clearly stated 2- on user management - users: I can see my workplace pro with the 1000 large meeting with a check on it, so it looks linked. 3- when I go to account management - account profile: it shows only my workspace pro and my meeting capacity is 100 not 1000. So which one is correct? How can I assure that I can accommodate for 1000 attendees. thank you for ur help.

Even though waiting room is enabled in the account's settings, I find that participants join my meetings bypassing the waiting room altogether. Any thoughts?
I want to include a phone number for invitees to call in on Zoom invitation. I have the free basic package. Is there an add on feature to include that? Do I need a paid package for that? Thanks,.
Hi there. Whenever one particular person emails me a Zoom link to join a call and I join, the name that displays on my little mini-screen is my former boss and not my name. I checked my Zoom account and confirmed that it is only showing my name in all "account owner" fields. So, I'm wondering if this issue is stemming on the sender's side? He gets agitated every time he sees my former boss's name and wants me to get this fixed ASAP. I feel like I've done the due diligence on my end and am beginning to wonder if this issue needs to be fixed on his end. Any help is appreciated!

Can you hit reset somewhere to change all the features back to the original? If not, as an admin I have locked myself out of seeing the chat recording and audio recordings. I also do not want a recorded transcript being done during a zoom for the participants. Help
