Galaxy Buds 3 - microphone not working in meeting

Really at a loss here. 

Connected my Galaxy Buds 3, all worked fine. 

Closed Zoom during a break, started back up, tested Buds before logging in - worked fine. 
Once I got into the room however, the microphone stopped working. 

I double checked that the Buds were chosen as both Speakers and Microphone, independently and "Same as System." Tried testing them while in the room, sound was fine, but zero microphone. 

 

As soon as I plugged in my old USB headset, instantly everything worked. 

I read that there had been compatibility issues with earlier versions of Galaxy Buds, but still?
Thoughts?

Failed to convert - cannot find the files to convert

I have a client who has a large amount recording in their app. The updated to the latest version and all of the recordings need to be converted for some reason? They are currently in .mp4 format and play when you click them manually but not thru the ... Show more

I have a client who has a large amount recording in their app.  The updated to the latest version and all of the recordings need to be converted for some reason?  They are currently in .mp4 format and play when you click them manually but not thru the app.

 

There is an option to convert and states it can not find the files double_click_to_convert_01.zoom 02 etc

 

Whats the point of this?  Will they still play natively?  How do I convert the files?

I am trying to figure out how to allow an executive admin to trim their bosses Zoom meeting recordings before it is shared out with others.  Have tried setting as alternate host.  Even created a role based group and added both her and the boss into that group and allowed recording management privileges.  She still cannot see the scissors on the recordings especially past meetings. Does anyone have a suggestion on how to allow her to see and edit recordings of her boss.

I have tried restarting my camera, switching cameras, selecting reset to all settings, and also generating other virtual backgrounds. In addition I have restarted Zoom and my computer many times. I cannot get this virtual background to go away. I must be missing something simple and easy. I am hoping that someone can provide me the easy answer to fix this.

Our organization currently has Zoom integrated in our Salesforce org and we currently have millions of Zoom Event records. We would like to start archiving or deleting some of these records, however everytime we do, it emails all the recipients on the event. Has anyone found a way to delete/archive these records?

 

Based on my prior research, we can do dataloader but defining the criteria for that isn't the easiest or most efficent way to delete.

Hi- I am in US and take guitar lessons with a teacher in UK. He records the lessons for me. He uses a windows computer(I believe)  and I use my Ipad pro (updated)  and though I have checked enable original sound for musicians both in and out of a meeting my teacher CAN NOT hear my guitar. We can speak to each other but as soon as I play he says my guitar cannot be heard. I can see and  hear his guitar.  I take my lesson in a quiet room. He says I am the only student he has this issue with!
i tried taking a lesson on my patio and when i played the recording some of the sound cut off intermittently. 
Please help!

I recorded in cloud a meeting. During the meeting I stopped several times the recording, because I wanted only some parts were recorded (in separated files).

So in my cloud recordings I have, for this meeting, 4 different files...that's what I wanted.

Unfortunately I realized that it is no longer possible to share individual records separately! I can only obtain a single link with wich is possible to download all the 4 files.

But I need a link for each of the 4 recordings. It was an option before! Why now it's not possible?

Starting a meeting

I want to copy and send an invitation link but can't see how to do this. On the previous home page set up there was a clear  invitation' link  to copy but this does not appear now. Can anyone help please?
