Custom Streaming Service Asking for Name & Password

I'm trying to apply new settings to Zoom so I can livestream into my Facebook group.

I understand that I must use the Custom Streaming Service.

I've gathered the URL and 2 keys from FB.

However, on this Custom Streaming Service page, it's now asking me for Username and Password.

To which platform: Zoom or Facebook?

If you are using Chrome for your Facebook, you may need to launch Zoom from your Chrome browser.
