Hello, We have everyone go to waiting room prior to admission. Currently we place a "contact form" link in the main room chat for the attendees to fill out and receive a list of all attendees connection info. The issue: as people arrive in the mail room after the chat link is provided to "everyone" they do not see that chat. I have to re-enter the chat as people arrive in the main room. Suggestion: It would be great if we could place a text message with a live link in the waiting room for all to see while waiting. This would save a lot of our meeting time! Question: Is it currently possible to place a live hyperlink in the waiting room to direct attendees to fill out the form? Thank you!

We have a simple Logitech C170 Webcam that is able to change perspective by zooming in and out etc. It should be used to transfer a session from a conference room. Since only some people in the room were shown in the video, we put the camera further away to cover all participants. However zoom ignored this and instead zoomed the camera in to show only a small section of the room. I tried the Microsoft Webcam Settings Tool, but it can't run concurrently with zoom. Does any of you know either

Since buying a MacBook I keep having audio issues. My audio tests fine before a meeting but when someone enters the meeting they can't hear me and I can't hear them (the video is fine). I tested it with my daughter a few times (via mobile and her Mac) and every time it was fine so I thought it was the person specific (their error). However, this has happened three times now. Has anyone else had this issue? Thanks

I experienced a connection loss 3 times in a meeting I created with a corporate account. I received a warning that your meeting time is running out. I would like you to check the source of the problem by reviewing the logs.
HELP!! How do I set up for my recordings to always record with the following happening throughout the recording: SHARE SCREEN WHEN I WANT TO SHARE SCREEN RECORD IN GALLERY VIEW WHEN I HAVE US ALL TOGETHER RECORD IN SPOTLIGHTED SCREEN WHEN I SPOTLIGHT I have tried so many different settings and it never offers BOTH/ALL to occur interchangeably. Mirror video works as I see it on my side, but the other participants don't see my video mirrored. Also, the recorded video does not show my video mirrored. Please, advise. Thanks.
I am trying to use an external microphone in a classroom setting on an iPad. The microphone enabled those on ZOOM to better hear the classroom discussion, but those on ZOOM were not able to join in the classroom discussion. Is there a way both to boost the voices in the classroom and for those on line, on ZOOM to participate? The microphone is plugged into the earphone jack.

Some people have told me how they can mute their audio on their cell phone when they connect to a meeting. They say that when they lower the volume they can't turn it down to 100% so it sounds soft and they want to turn it off completely. How can you turn the volume off completely on a cell phone? Thanks

Hello! Hope someone can helpt me! I make my Education lessions with ATEM Mini Pro und Zoom als Client Software. After the Update, I have some troubles: 1.) I need a high video quality, fast internet is availible. 2.) I have 3 monitor. 1. Teleprompter 2. Main screen with working tools 3. Presentation Screen, which will be streamed. Now i musst choose one of the the 3 screens. I only want to share the Out-Signal from my Video Switcher ATEM Mini Pro. How can I bring it to work like before this awful Update. I don t need this nick-nack, zoom offers now. My main wish is a high quality resolution
Before the Update, I used the document camera for the highest quality
After update, the Share-Button with Dokument Camera hast gone.
