Transcription of already recorded Meeting

Hi, I just found out that my ZOOM Pro subcription does not provide audio transcripts of recorded meetings.

I am writing my dissertation and I need those transcripts for academic ends.

Should I upgrade to Businness? If so, will I lose my cloud recordings?

What should I do?

Upgrading to a Business account would get you the ability to have your cloud recordings transcribed, but it will not automatically transcribe already recorded sessions. You might look into our integration with Otter.ai, which can transcribe recordings for you and would likely be much cheaper than upgrading to a Business account (~$200/month).

If you have Office 365, you can also download the meeting and then transcribe it. Just make sure to double-check the transcription for errors, but you should do that with any transcription. Your ZOOM Pro subcription should give your free transcriptions. If you have past meetings and want to get transcriptions for it , you can use VideoToBe.com
