I currently have the basic plan but as far as I know I should be able to start a new meeting. 

The icon to do so isn't there.  I can only schedule or host a meeting but it doesn't appear that i'm able to record. 

I have to be able to record as I am doing a recorded presentation.

Cela fait plus d'un an que je n'ai pas utilisé Zoom.
 
Ma salle personnelle gratuite que j'avais créé il y a 2 ans semble ne plus exister.
 
Merci de m'indiquer au bout de combien de temps Zoom supprime de telles salles.
 
Est-il possible de demander à Zoom de la réactiver ?
 
Si oui, à quelle adresse mail faut-il formuler une telle demande ?

video plays for a few seconds and then freezes

Windows 11 Home, Zoom latest version.

The video plays for a few seconds and then freezes. It is the video that freezes, Zoom itself does not freeze.  No video settings help.

Resolved! Zoom client crashes on starting or joining a meeting

The Zoom client has been working perfectly on my desktop for months, including and up to yesterday. Today when I try to start or join a meeting, it crashes. The meeting window pops up briefly and then closes. It seems like Zoom tries again 2-3 times ... Show more

The Zoom client has been working perfectly on my desktop for months, including and up to yesterday.  Today when I try to start or join a meeting, it crashes.  The meeting window pops up briefly and then closes.  It seems like Zoom tries again 2-3 times and then gives up. 

  • Have tried with camera on and off (same result)
  • Have tried with multiple Zoom accounts
  • Have tried uninstalling, restarting, reinstalling, restarting—all to no avail
  • Other video apps on my computer work: OBS, MS Teams meetings, etc.
  • The client on my work laptop works with the same account (no crashes)
  • Have cleared Windows temp files
  • Have cleared Chrome cache

 

No idea what else to try!  It seems that Zoom is interacting with something else on my desktop but I can't figure out what it might be.  Nothing has changed since yesterday.

I had a meeting in Feb. where the host gave me permission to record. He directed me where to find record and I clicked it. We then proceeded the meeting. When we were done he said that I would get an email from zoom of the recording. I never received... Show more

I had a meeting in Feb. where the host gave me permission to record. He directed me where to find record and I clicked it. We then proceeded the meeting. When we were done he said that I would get an email from zoom of the recording. I never received the the email. Also, I didn't have an account at the time.

 

I contacted the host about not getting an email an he said that he does not have the recording. I have also searched my computer and nothing is there. Is the recording completely gone?

I just got a new laptop recently, and after installing zoom, I realised I couldn't get past the log in page without a "You are unable to connect to Zoom. Please check your network connection and try again" pop up.

I then use my old laptop to try and find out if its really the connection issue . Low and behold, Zoom runs perfectly fine. 

Any ideas on why this happens, and how to solve it?

I need help!! I am working on a group project and am required to record interviews. I selected my first session to be uploaded to the Cloud, and after I completed the hour-long interview, when I went to retrieve it, it said the interview had been saved, but I did not see any video or a transcript when I hit play. 

What happened?!!

I HATE Zoom Workplace

Is there anyway to revert back to Zoom instead of Zoom workplace? Am so frustrated with it, 80% of my reoccurring meetings no longer work even though they're on the calendar. I didn't ask for this additional noise on the plan. I can't believe this, but I'm about ready to switch to Microsoft teams because I can't take, what they did to Zoom, which was the best program out there. Anyone know how to back to zoom instead of zoom workplace?
