I can share my PowerPoint presentation slides but no one can hear the background music recorded as a part of the presentation. I have selected "share sound" but that does not help. How do I get others to hear the music?
Hello, All of a sudden when on a zoom on my PC, I have no sound. I use external speakers and they work with watching other videos and anything else with sound. HELP!
I just changed from a MacPro to an IMac. The image of me on screen has now reduced in size and the background expanded. How do I get back to being a talking head as I appeared on my Macpro. ?

We have been using my employers personal Zoom account to schedule all his meetings, but now we need to switch him over to the licensed account for our organization. He has been added as a licensed member of the account, and the IT people say that he will need to join this new account when he logs in. I'm concerned about what will happen to all of the previously scheduled meetings in his personal account when he "joins" this new account. Will they merge into this new account and be retained or will they be lost? Thank you!

How to record a zoom meeting in which a music is played in the computer and the screen is shared?
Currently, if a music is played in the computer, the sound is not recorded.
Which settings get the music played in the computer recorded?
Please help. Problem only started a couple of weeks ago. My USB Mic or Audio Interface Mic would not work properly. It is either jittery or garbled. I could not even get clear audio when using mic with Audio Interface. This has not happened before but issue only started a couple of weeks ago. iMac Pro running macOS Catalina 10.15.7. Zoom version 5.8.1.
