Zoom Meeting : Course showing incomplete in Successfactors LMS when user rejoin the meeting

Hi All,

We have integrated ZOOM with SuccessFactors LMS system.

We have created a meeting in Zoom from SuccessFactors LMS  and attendee  joined into the Zoom meeting and dropped and connected again.

Over all he connected for 9 mins which is 90% and Minimum pass percentage is 60 only but still course is showing as in complete in LMS.

Please let me know how to fix this.

Hi @harikrishna 

I am not familiar with the SuccessFactors LMS specifically, but I do not think there is anything on the Zoom side that could override the LMS's criteria.

I would think you'll need to be looking for a way to manually override the course in SuccessFactors, somehow, rather than in Zoom.
