I can share my PowerPoint presentation slides but no one can hear the background music recorded as a part of the presentation. I have selected "share sound" but that does not help. How do I get others to hear the music?

Hey @Ben7, did you ensure your volume is up on your presentation slides (knowing there's an audio slider) and your desktop audio slider is up as well? You can also try within your Zoom Client Settings > Share Screen > Advanced > and check 'Use TCP connection for screen sharing' to see if that helps?
