I belong to a governance body and act as an advisor to a board member, when we have board meetings I dont have access to chat or talk during the meetings so cannot directly contact my board member with advice using a zoom chat. I am looking for a chat app that I can have open at the same time as zoom - sort of like how google chat sits in the bottom right of the screen when you are in gmail (I cant use google chat for this as I have members in China) - its small enough not to be distracting and you can easily type whilst watching the meeting progress. I have tried slack, whatsapp and viber but they are all separate apps that are either open or closed and if they are open on top of zoom they take up too much screen space. In the past we have used whatsapp on a mobile phone but this is unsatisfactory as it means using 2 devices. Any suggestions please??

I am not able to choose stereo output during Meeting from the Zoom scree. I tried to follow the steps given here https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/115004830406-Enabling-Allow-users-to-select-stereo-audio-in-their-client-settings, but I did not find the Account Management tab. Pleas help.

Launch zoom app, click on "join meeting test" and start a video call. Insert a headset during video conference meeting. Find zoom app will pop up audio alert after plug in /unplug headset . 

Error message: Failed to detect your microphone and speaker. Please make sure your devices are properly connected.

It's the message that pop up. I'm wondering if it's normal and acceptable.

My laptop is a new one. The model is Lenovo Thinkpad E14 i3 11 Gen with 8 GB RAM and Intel integrated graphics, and Windows 10.

At first, it's OK to share my screen for some time. But, after some time, my zoom stops immediately and quits sometimes. Sometimes, I have got a black screen. I can still hear the other side and they all can see me. But, I can't do anything. 

When I search in the community I found a post by the Zoom Help centre. But, this is just for Nvidia Graphics laptop. 

Can you please help me with this? Thanks in advance!

I had a zoom recording and the sharing option is set as "public".

But when I send out the link, it says there's no permission and only I can access this.

Is there any way to fix this?

I want this link to be able to be accessed by anyone with the link.
