I have a private student who studies with me on Zoom. Just in the past couple of months he regularly loses his zoom window after 40 minutes. We have to stop the lesson while he searches for it. How can I help him with this? I have a pro account and teach large classes where none of the students have this problem, so as far as I can tell, it is definitely not an issue with my zoom meeting.

Thanks for any help you can offer.

Tools for creating "Zoom Walls"

Hi all,

 

I've had a free basic account for a year or so (email address A). I've just got a new job, and my workplace has given me a license as part of their Enterprise account (email address B). However, I am unable to sign out of my basic account, which has somehow become partially linked to my workplace.

 

I click LOG OUT, but every time I visit workplace.zoom.us I'm still signed in with email A.

I click SIGN OUT FROM ALL DEVICES, but every time I visit workplace.zoom.us I'm still signed in with email A.

I have logged out of and uninstalled my desktop client, I have removed zoom.us from my browser history, removed all zoom cookies, cache, etc, restarted the computer, but every time I visit workplace.zoom.us I'm still signed in with email A. How is this even possible?

 

How do I log out of email A and log in with email B? How do I unlink email A from my workplace account?

 

Any help and advice gratefully received.

List of meetings

Hi,

Im the owner. i have several users on my account. In 'Meetings' I can see only the list of my meetings. Is there a possibility to see in one list all set up meetings on my account? Also those set up by 'my' users?

is there a way to keep the participants list from changing order as new participants enter a meeting (e.g. participants are added in the order they sign onto the meeting instead of inserted in the Zoom Order of Participants)?  I have a large group with participants entering meetings after the start and it makes it difficult to track when introductions are being made.

There is no option for zoom record in cloud

I can only record in local, but I should record my zoom in cloud, but there is no option for recording in cloud.

I guess this problem is on my zoom account, but I don’t know how I set my account to make avaliable record in cloud.

クラウドで録画したか、コンピュータに保存したか定かではありませんが、どちらもデータはありませんでした。
