Sign in to the Zoom web portal.
Click Settings.
Click the Recording tab.
Under the Recording section, click the Local Recording toggle to enable it.
If it is locked,
Ask an administrator to Sign in to the Zoom web portal
Click Account Management then Account Settings.
Click the Recording tab.
Under the Recording section, click the Local Recording toggle to enable it.
Hosts can give meeting participants permission to record locally, give permission to a user to record the first part of the meeting then ask him to stop once it is over. then as a host, you can start the second part recording locally.
