Hoe do I Blur my background in VirtualBackgrounds??

I need a blurred background for my meeting but I don't see one in the 'VirtualBackgrounds' options. Any suggestions??

For use blur background, minimum app version 5.5.0 and desktop clients must meet the requirements in the "Images only without a green screen".
