zoom recording set as public but when accessed, it says there's no permission

I had a zoom recording and the sharing option is set as "public".

But when I send out the link, it says there's no permission and only I can access this.

Is there any way to fix this?

I want this link to be able to be accessed by anyone with the link.

Thank you!

@goldddan ,

Sign in to the Zoom web portal and navigate to Settings.
Click the Recording tab.
Disable Require users to authenticate before viewing cloud recordings.
If the option is grayed out, it has been locked at either the Group or Account level, and you will need to contact your Zoom administrator.

It is already disabled, and also as shown here, I wonder why it doesn't work 😞

@goldddan ,

Enable password to view public users and see if it works.

@Mathi

I enabled the password and when I enter the password and access it, it still says no permission.

@goldddan ,

Recently any changes from your account, like downgrade or upgrade license.  let me know your license status enterprise or pro license.

@Mathi
I upgraded it recently, but only did this right after the upgrade.

The license is pro.

Can you check your Cloud Recording Sharing defaults

at https://zoom.us/profile/setting?tab=recording

and

https://zoom.us/account/setting?tab=recording

@goldddan ,

This error will show when you have a basic and pro account with the same Email ID. Raise a support ticket with the Zoom support Team to validate your Email ID. If it is only one paid account with your Email ID, it should work.
