Hi all, here are my system specs: 64-bit windows 10 AMD A12-9800 RADEON R7, 12 COMPUTE CORES 4C+8G 3.80 GHz Zoom ver. 5.8.3 I had though I satisfied the requirements for "Image only without a physical green screen" but now I'm assuming it's because my processor only has 4 CPU cores, and the other 8 are graphics cores? Most of the discussions on here are about Intel cores so I just wanted to get confirmation. Thanks!

Has anyone worked with a Zoom service that allows a whitelist of video conferencing endpoint (Cisco/Polycom/etc) to bypass the lobby and enter the meeting? The service uses MTLS certs for authentication. Does anyone have any experience with this service? Thank you.

Is there any basic or suggested hardware requirements for using immersive view? My zoom desktop app is hang and quit out suddenly while using the immersive view with custom image.

I am Host of meeting. Some of Panelist cannot receive invitation email from zoom. I want to send individual email to inform their log in link and pass code. Log in link is same for both Panelist and other attendees?

When i try to see zoom recording I can't see it
My internet, Shaw, was down for 3 days, and now I can't get into zoom. They gave me a new "name for the internet and now Zoom doesn't work. I've paid for it but I can't get in. I rely on Zoom to teach and this is killing my business. Can anyone help me?

While using the Zoom app after I schedule a meeting, it provides a screen to Start, Add to Calendar, Invite of Delete. When I click Add to Calendar it just gives Error and does not add to the Calendar. I am using Microsoft Outlook 365. Can anyone please help? This is causing me to miss many meetings! Thank you very much!!
