My internet, Shaw, was down for 3 days, and now I can't get into zoom. They gave me a new "name for the internet and now Zoom doesn't work. I've paid for it but I can't get in. I rely on Zoom to teach and this is killing my business. Can anyone help me?

If you are able to visit other sites online and can confirm that the internet connection is in fact up and working properly, I would suggest downloading the latest client:
https://zoom.us/downloads
And reinstall/update to start a fresh client.

What error do you get when trying to open Zoom? Have you restarted your PC since the internet change? If not that would be the first thing to try.
