I have a problem in that this time the usual clicking on my client's  blue link which also shows meeting ID and passcode to lead to a good meting of Zoom meeting this time simply does not work as it does not change page to begin the Zoom session. Please help!

Trying to record locally

I've been using ZOOM (now most recent v 5.8.1 (1435)) for over a year and have never been able to record sessions to my local computer. All settings seem to be correct to allow local recording, the file recording path is correct, but there are no options anywhere to actually allow local recording. I've viewed several tutorials from various places which all show an option for local recording that has never been available on my local client. What's up with that? How can I record to my local computer?

안녕하세요 월 결제에서 연간결제로 바꿨는데 월별 결제 내역이 취소되질 않습니다.

 2021년 9월 19일, 월 결제를 하지 않고 같은날 서비스를 연간결제로 바꾸기 위해 148.4$를 결제를 했습니다.

 

그런데 이후에도 계속 월 이용료인 16.49$를 결제해달라는 메시지가 날아옵니다.

 

혹시 저기에 남아있는 월별결제 사항을 따로 취소해주실 수 있으신가요?

problem is that when I connected to class with in 10 minutes class disconnected and again if tried to connect it in the same device it won't connect showing incorrect password.

After than if I connected in another device it may connect or not 

I want remedy at the earliest

New Video Edit/Trimmer update

Hi, I am having an awful time trying to trim my recorded videos. Not liking the recent update and am having no luck figuring it out! Any help would be greatly appreciated! Zoom, PLEASE go back to how it was.. New update is not good and useless.

Can someone explain to me how to use the new editing feature for new recordings?

I click "cut"/"trim", and the only thing I can do is "add" material. I don't want to add anything. All I need to do is cut and discard the first couple of minutes of my meeting. I use this feature several times a day for my classes and am required to post my videos. I'm trying to find help with this question, but my school's plan doesn't provide live support. The Bot doesn't understand what I'm asking either. 

Can someone help?

Zoom- please revert to the old method of editing our videos until you can work out a better system that your users understand. I have read several other users' comments as well, and we're all having the same problem.

Perhaps, you can do this TODAY?

I tested out my registration link, for an upcoming event I am hosting, using an alternate email that I use, and pretending that I was registering. Now I want to post this meeting in my mail-chimp campaign newsletter with the registration link for participants to pre - register. When I send myself a test email and click on this link, the registration page is coming up with the alternate email I used to test it earlier. How do I clear the registration form fields so it doesn't show my old information; and new and real participants can register?

I am stumped!! Help will be SO appreciated, Thank you

Hi there,

We frequently use Dual Screen when Zoom Meeting. I have dual display, Display 1 is TV, Display 2 is Projector. When I do Screen Share, my presentation is at Display 2 Projector while Participant Video is at Display 1 TV. Problem is when other Participant do the screen share, their presentation is at Display 1 TV while our video is at Display 2 Projector. Is there any way to set every shared presentation will be display at Display 2 Projector without dragging the screen?

Enable Blurred background

I have done everything possible to enable a blurred background and have logged in to my account 12 times now and logged out again each time after enabling Virtual Backgrounds in the In Meeting (Advanced) section. 

Each time I go back to my Zoom.us meeting setting on my laptop, no option for a blurred background appears. 

So, I log off.  Log in to the website, review my settings, check that Virtual Background is enabled and log out.  And repeat.

I have watched the "How To" video THREE times now and I have followed each step - beginning to feel like a total idiot. 

I have even deleted the app and reinstalled it again - TWICE.  Also tried the "support" (joke) Bot and followed its step by step process FOUR times.

One of my contracts insists that I uses Zoom.  Definitely prefer Microsoft Teams, but I really have option about using Zoom now. 

PLEASE, SOMEONE....HELP!!!!  I am honestly at a loss on what to do.
