How do I download the duration (start and end time) by participant ? Is it available for Pro plan ?

Yes, with a paid account, you can gain access to the dashboard, which enables you to see the participants and their join and leave times for past meetings.

I looked at the help center to access the dashboard. I get "No privilege" error. See below. I guess it's available from Business plan ? I have a Pro plan right now.
