How do I enable audio transcription?

I have the Pro version. Is transcription not available at that level? I can't figure out how to turn it on, if it is.

I'm currently creating a TeleHealth booking system for the hospital I work at.

For testing, I am creating all of the Zoom meetings using my email.

Yesterday we were doing some testing with one of the booked meetings. My colleague clicked the start link and the the meeting started fine (as me, because of my email being used), but when I then clicked on the matching join link, I didn't join as me (even though I am logged on to Zoom as  me) I joined as a person who does not work at our hospital. I Googled the name and only hit I got was a famous Jazz musician by the same name.

We repeated the test with a different meeting and I again attended as the unknown person....

So clearly I was puzzled by this and wonder how and why I would have suddenly assumed the identity of another Zoom user?

Audio Issues

Hi Everyone,

Both myself and my client do the audio test successfully, but we still cannot hear each other. Evrything else works fine.

Any thoughts or advice welcome.

Hello!

I am running a zoom for about a hundred people that will have four breakout rooms. I would like to assign them automatically to make things easier but then I will have to get the moderators for each room into they room.

Will there be a way for me to search for The moderator's names once everybody has been sent to their rooms so I can get the correct moderators into each room?

I use Zoom on Linux but one of my correspondents is on a Mac and complains that the Zoom window is too small.  I suggested that she hover the cursor over the edge of the window and, when the cursor shape changes, to click and drag the edge or corner of the window to resize it.  For some reason this does not work.  Does anyone have any suggestions?

Thanks!

Most of our staff that have upgraded to the new version 5.8 are finding when attempting to connect to meeting there is a long delay

This is happening:
- When clicking on "New Meeting". It will show the window with the local webcam and "connecting..." at the top. After 50 seconds it then shows the buttons at the bottom and askes how to connect audio
- Attempting to join a meeting. After entering the meeting ID it takes about 50 seconds before the passcode window shows. It then takes another 50 seconds to join the meeting.

Notes:
This is happening for staff in the office and working remotely (zoom is installed locally on laptops)
Windows 10 devices all on latest Feature pack
Appears to be happening on HP and Lenovo laptops.

I have also tested :
-Logging in as local admin user (off domain)
-Tried with AV disabled and enable
-Ensured laptop fully windows up-to-date
-Disabled Audio and webcam devices
-Ensured device drivers are up-to-date.

Note this does NOT happen with the previous version of zoom. I asked one user that was on the 5.7.8 to test and working OK. Upgraded to 5.8 and the issues above happened.

Any ideas appreciated

On a side note, I have tried to submit a web ticket, but despite being the "owner" of the corporate account is comes back with the below and closes the ticket (which is nice):

How should I select the plans?

Thank you for your help!

No Audio

Join a meeting and can see all the participants clearly, but can't hear the audio. My computer speaker is on, and run the audio test through zoom which will play the 'ringtone'  clearly.
