Hi! I'd love to know how to default the 'Calibri' meeting font to 'Arial' size 10 on my invites (Outlook Zoom plugin), but I could not see any option to change this in the branding settings.  Welcoming any ideas how to do this, thanks!

Hey @superbotgrrl, using the Microsoft Outlook plugin (desktop) it looks like there's a limation to formatting the meeting details text in Outlook. You could copy the populated Meeting details from the add-on in outlook and paste them into a new email. You can also submit any feedback you may have to zoom.us/feed! 

 

For a better experience, Zoom recommends using the Zoom for Outlook add-in (web and desktop).
