changing names in zoom
I work for a training company, it would be helpful if we could update participants names whilst they are still in the waiting room. Is this functionality availabe?

I would like to know which apps are notified during a meeting by the function "Active Apps Notifier". The purpose is to understand the apps to be notified. If you know about that, please let me know. https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/360060577291-Active-Apps-Notifier

I am using vimeo zoom app, and would like to upload to vimeo a recording that includes active speaker/gallery view thumbnail with shared screen. also, I need the separate files so I could edit the recordings for future use. on cloud recording settings I enabled "Record gallery view with shared screen", and also "Record active speaker, gallery view and shared screen separately" viewing the recording on the zoom player, I can see the active speaker/gallery view on the right, which is fine, but the "gallery view with shared screen" recording file should display the active speaker thumbnail in the top-right corner while screen sharing, but it doesn't. all I see is the shared screen which means, when vimeo uploads the recording, no thumbnail is shown (obviously the downloaded file doesn't show it either). Im guessing that it has something to do with recording the 3 layouts separately, but I need the separate files and can't disable this option. is there something that can be done other than manually and locally combine the separate recordings and manually uploading to vimeo?

I am in the process of moving and the location I am moving to only has internet available with a speed of 1.5MBPS. Is it possible to conduct live one-on-one meetings with screen share as well as group meetings with screen share?

Hello, I've been using Zoom on iPhone 11 to teach online classes for over a year now. I always used screen rotation to have a wider horizontal screen vs a vertical one. Yesterday, I wasn't able to rotate the screen into landscape. This was the first time for it to happen. I tried everything: - Checked if screen rotation works on other apps - Turned the screen rotation off and back on - Signing out from the Zoom app, and signing back in - Restarting my phone - Updating the Zoom app - Deleting and reinstalling the Zoom app I don't know if Zoom changed something suddenly and this is how the app works on iPhone now, or if there is a way to fix this that I am not aware of. Thank you for your help!

Hi again I had problems before with Zoom crashing on my new PC (Samsung Galaxy Book) and I was suggested to install version 5.8.0. And it worked - solved my problem. Now I have the problem again after updating to Windows 11. I have several other updates on my PC as well. Then I updated Zoom to the latest version 5.8.3 and it crashed. I tried then to reinstall the 5.8.0 version. But it crashed again. So now what to do? Any suggestions are very welcome 🙂
