Hi, 

I have set up a Zoom Studio using an ATEM Mini to connect HDMI devices (camera, Windows laptop, MacBook Air, and iPad Pro) Target platforms Windows 10 desktop and two iMac desktops (macOS El Capitan and Monterey).

All ran smoothly until I connected to the iMac running macOS Monterey when I found that all video images were upside down. While I could have used the video rotation facility under Setti8ngs / Video, I reconstructed the Zoom Studio to the older iMac and there was no video inversion.

I then went back to the newer iMac desktop (macOS Monterey) and the video issue disappeared.  I then used the MacBook Air Laptop as the host machine (also on macOS Monterey) and again no issue.  And I have not been able to repeat the issue.

All Mac machines, as well as the Windows 10 desktop, have been updated to the latest Blackmagic  ATEM Switchers 8.6.4 Update.

Has anyone in the Zoom Community had a similar experience and what was the solution?

display name not picked from profile page

Hi,

 

Since the recent update to Zoom on 11/19, Zoom when launched from another website that I have been using  has changed to my full name than what I updated in display name, Can you please help fix this. Thanks !

Virtual Background settings

When I tried to prepare a meeting wanted to change the background.As soon as I had choosen the little button I had 2 backgrounds. The real and the virtual background.What ever I do - no change. Restart computer (mac), restart zoom. Nothing.Can someon... Show more

accepted meetings are not opening without inputing meeting id and password

When I click on meeting id in calendar, I get the "you have no meetings scheduled for today" and have to input meeting id and password.

Invite error

Zoom has just sent out an invite on my behalf detailing the log in details I had for a zoom meeting in December 2020.  It also sent to people that were not on the original call. Anyone have any ideas as to how this can happen? thanks

How can I activate the sound in stereo mode on a system with Ubuntu 16?

In the second camera screen sharing, curious in delivering performance.

In the second camera screen sharing function, can you adjust the default setting to deliver a better performance alike FHD or original screen ratio? Also I'm curious currently the performance of  default setting.

Network connection error when trying to use the Zoom addin for O365

We use the Zoom addin for Outlook/O365. We use this in our VDI environment but it is now not working and giving a network connection error when trying to schedule a meeting using the add in. Weird thing is, the add in works outside of VDI using local resources on a laptop. Another test was done using a domain admin account and logging into Outlook using a regular user and the add in worked fine. So, it seems like its based on a windows permissions issue. We have tried allowing modify access to the Zoom folder and the folders associated with Office but it didnt work. Only the admin account seems to have enough privileges to get the add in to work.  We were also able to rule out the firewall by allowing one virtual machine wide open access and we still got the error. 

 

Has anyone gone through this issue?
