Hi, I am a paid user. Previous I was able to schedule zoom meetings on web browser. Recently I tried doing so but was not able to ie to save. I need help to solve this.

Using the desktop app I am able to schedule a meeting. May I know is it set as this way for paid user? 

I have PDF files that I have stored on ICloud that I share during meetings.  Quite often, when I try to share one of these files, the screen is greyed out on top, and miniature copies of the pages across the bottom the screen.  The only work-around I have found so far is to rename the file, either before I start (if I have time to check it on a Test Zoom session) or during the session.  When renamed it shows up perfectly.  Does anyone know why this happens and how to prevent it? 

I'm hoping to be able to use Schedule Privilege to make sure that presenters in my organization have settings that enable maximum user participation.  How much access would someone with schedule privilege have to settings that maximize attendee participation?

Has anyone ran into the issue of Meetings disappearing from their Meetings Dashbaord?  We host a lot of meetings and thankfully keep our own spreadsheet of scheduled Zoom meetings, so we recently noticed that some would randomly disappear from the dashboard. 

I've tried to look at "Recently Deleted" items but there's not even the option on my Meetings Dashboard.  There's only the "Schedule a Meeting" option.  Then if I look at the meeting invitation we send out via Microsoft Outlook, it shows that the link to the missing Zoom is still active when clicked.

Any help or suggestion would be great!

I'm wondering if Zoom can have a feature to allow Host or Co-Host to communicate with users in the waiting room with the capability to see what type of devices that they are joining and to possible have a kind of rights (Remote desktop features) to help them rename their profile prior allowing them to join into the main room? 

We have users who are very non computer literate and mostly elderly also especially when they join in using devices. 

 We want to identify the participants  before allowing them to join in the meeting and this will help us to improve our attendance tracking in a meeting. Any thoughts on this?
