I'm having some difficulty being able to see the option for virtual background on my cell phone. Able to see this option on my laptop. The only thing different that I've done is I changed my cell phone. Any ideas
We are having a zoom meeting where we will have the use of a wireless Bluetooth microphone that we can link to the computer that will lead the zoom meeting.
Are any special settings needed for the microphone once it’s hooked into the computer? Thank you

I cant stream to my facebook group from zoom. I start a meeting > click on More (...) > Livestream > Live on Facebook. After I get to this page, I continue with my login, then it asks for details such as the meeting name/description and then it asks me where I would like to post to. I click on timeline and it only gives me the option of only me, public, and friends, but not an option for groups. Anyone know why I dont have the group option anymore? I also know that there is a method out there to stream with custom livestreaming but I do not have that option on my zoom client anymore.

Can anyone help?
I keep getting logged out of my meetings as if I had a basic account, however I have a paid license account, so I don't understand why this is happening.
Has anyone out there received the following message: Request failed with status code 401?
I've set up dozens of meeting without this message but all of a sudden I can't set up a meeting. Any ideas?
Ive tried 2 browsers and keep getting the error "Cant connect to the server" Im using the correct email as i just went into my account from another computer.
Trying to test out the invitations but when I create a new meeting with attendees and click save, no email is sent to anyone.
If i then cancel/deleted the meeting I get that email.
When I play a musical instrument during Zoom lessons, the sound comes out distorted. "Choppy" is the best way I can describe the problem. I am on a Dell Inspiron 14 laptop, Windows 11, Zoom version 6.1.11. I am able to record video and audio from my laptop camera without any issues. My Internet connection is via Ethernet cat 5 E, so upload speed is not a factor. My Zoom settings are optimized for musicians and are exactly the same as those used by my teacher and classmates. They're also the same as the settings I used on my older Acer laptop, which worked fine. I tried an experiment by doing a Zoom meeting with myself from my husband's older Dell using all the same Zoom and Dell settings and the same versions of Windows and Zoom as mine. My playing came through just fine over his laptop. Both laptops use Realtek Audio with one difference. His runs a driver version from 2021; mine runs one from 2023. Could my distortion issue be the result of a conflict between the Zoom app and my microphone driver? Should I try to replace my driver with the older version?

I'm on Windows 10. When someone else shares their screen and zoom is the active window, my screen flickers to the point I get migraines. If zoom is not the active window (I opened a browser or something else while in the meeting) the shared screen display is smooth and updates beautifully. The size of the zoom window doesn't matter. The only thing that seems to affect whether or not it flickers is whether or not zoom is the active window. Does anyone have advice how to fix that? Am I stuck with the choice of getting sick from migraines or getting distracted from other programs?
