Hello, We have a conference tomorrow November 22, 2021 at 7 a.m. and we want to use the language interpretation feature but it does not appear in the settings. how to do??
We are in the middle of a webinar, with the interpreter's function activated. We allocated interpreters but we cannot start the interpreting feature no matter how many times we click on the Start button. I am annoyed!! I work as an interpreter and my customer cannot use the service.
