I am trying to schedule a meeting on behalf of someone else. I have the Zoom Scheduler and Chrome extension installed. Every single time I go to the Zoom scheduler and hit schedule meeting, or if I'm in Google Calendar and I hit options, it prompts me to login and forces me over Zoom.com. When other people in my org do this, they are already logged in and it allows them to book on behalf of someone else right in Google Calendar or the scheduler plugin.

I converted a .vob to .mp4 with Movadi after trying to play the DVD on my desktop computer and sharing the screen which led to it freezing 15 minutes in. So, after reading up on it, I converted to DVD file to a .mp4 file.

When I tried to play the .mp4 file via Advanced Sharing Video, Zoom said it didn't recognize the file. Why is that?

I've converted it now to a .mov file which Zoom recognizes. However, for some reason both the .mp4 and .mov files have audio and video that aren't synced.

Hi there, does anyone know how I do a zoom recording where I share a screen and when I record make sure that I include in the recording my video and also the video of another participant in the meeting such as an Interpreter? This would mean that when viewing the recording you would see; the shared screen, my video and the interpreter video. 

I received a link to a recorded zoom session that the host saved to the cloud.  When they send me the link, I cannot open and view the recording.  The message I get when entering the passcode is "wrong passcode."  However others have been able to view this recording using the same link and passcode.  Any ideas what the problem is?

The ribbon of the minimized floating window obscures the bottom third of the video and makes it difficult to read the display name (even though it is somewhat transparent, the various buttons are not). An option to hide it or pin vs. unpin it (either on the ribbon or in settings) would be much appreciated. The ribbon could be hidden until a mouse hovers over the mini-window or until the mini-window is clicked.
