Opening a shared zoom recording that was saved on the cloud

I received a link to a recorded zoom session that the host saved to the cloud.  When they send me the link, I cannot open and view the recording.  The message I get when entering the passcode is "wrong passcode."  However others have been able to view this recording using the same link and passcode.  Any ideas what the problem is?

Hey @Grapkin, are you still having issues with the passcode? Could you reach out to the host to change the sharing details and reshare those details with you to see if you're able to view them?
