I update zoom version 5.9.0(3502) but The virtual background menu disappeal.

Hey @gk1micro6, if you don't mind updating to 5.9.1 as we've pushed a release since you've posted this! However, if you don't mind sharing a screenshot of what you're seeing? Have you double-checked your Zoom web portal settings here https://zoom.us/profile/setting to see if Virtual background was disabled?
