Hi,

I  have a basic Zoom account and would like to add a family member who does not have a zoom account.  She has an email id, but when I add her email address from the client, she does not get a email showing my invitation. 

Is there a setting that I need to update or does she need to have a zoom account to accept my invitation?

Any assistance provided would be great.

We have a housebound member who has a tablet but must be helped (via a phone call) with the steps to enter our regular meeting each week.  I would like to create an icon on his Home Screen that opens up the meeting directly - I can do this through a Safari bookmark but I can’t edit the icon artwork or name.  Zoom can create Siri shortcuts for “next meeting” or “personal meeting” but not a specific meeting.  Any ideas?  (We send the link via email but then he has to find the email.)

I tried to set up a practice zoom meeting.  When I went to invite my friend, and went through the Phone Contacts Matching, I used his phone number.  (In my defense I was very tired and misunderstood).

Anyway, so it sent him the text and I entered the code into my phone.

When I look at My Contacts, there are none there of course.   When I go back through the Phone Contacts Wizard, and use my  cell phone number, I get an error:    Please provide a correct phone number.

How can I fix this?   I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, and I can't find anwhere in the app where my phone number is stored.    I'd really like to invite contacts from the contacts on my phone.

I am wanting to run sound baths / meditations on zoom but am worried about possible background noise.  So I thought I would pre-record - but is there a way of uploading a recording and playing it with the sound off from the host (ie me) so that if there was eg. door bell ringing - no-one would hear?

I am trying to generate Past Zoom meetings Report in Moodle similar to that report as shown in attachment screenshot image .I took  this screenshot from zoom official site by login to my  zoom.us/account  (Meetings> Past Meetings). But I want similar type of report to my Moodle account. Is it possible to generate similar type of Past meetings Report Moodle.

Kindly guide me about it.

Following are the task of zoom module we have covered until now.

- Create zoom meeting from the school admin panel using API
- Staff/School Admin can select the staff user and the students while creating the meetings
- Selected Staff/student will be able to see the new created meeting into their portal as well.
- Join the created zoom meeting from the student panel.
-Staff will host the meeting
-Student will join the meeting

Above points are working fine as expected.
But when we try to start 2 Meetings at the same time , Zoom is not allowing to have  multiple meeting session at a time.
We are getting response as below image while try to start 2 meetings at a time.

" Already  has other meeting  in progress".

Hello All,

I have a corporate account with zoom, but whenever I send any invite  and starts the zoom call it limits the call duration to just 45 minutes.

How should I get this resolved as my other colleagues have no such limit of 45 minutes.
