Zoom Meeting Duration Limited to 45 minutes

Hello All,

 

I have a corporate account with zoom, but whenever I send any invite  and starts the zoom call it limits the call duration to just 45 minutes.

 

How should I get this resolved as my other colleagues have no such limit of 45 minutes.

Hi,

 

You should check this with your IT services. Having a corporate account doesn't mean a licence has been assigned to it. If they didn't assign you a license, then you have a "basic" (in other terms "free") license which limits your meetings to 45 minutes.
