Free closed captioning is not available.  I have a free Zoom account and it was my understanding it was available to all.  When I click on the closed captioning button, it asks me to either type it or have a 3rd party service.

Hey @StephenO, have you done the User steps for Enabling or disabling closed captioning and live transcription services? If not, take a look into our KB and let me know after checking your settings that it's available to you. I'd also suggest updating Zoom as well!
