return after breakout, mute all

When a breakout ends and participants return to main room, I want all participants mute.

How can I ensure this happens every time?

My guests can not excess my recoreded meeting

Dear Zoom,

My guest can't excess my meeting recording without going to a sign in user name and password,  I don't think I need to give them my personal information in order for them to listen to it.

Resolved! Can we host without being in the meeting?

Hi, I have a meeting but couldn't attend it at the last minute. Is it possible for the meeting to continue without me without having to assign a new host?

hello

I am frequently helping my dad with his computer via zoom. I usually take control on his screen and help him this way.

I would like to automate this process for him because he finds it difficult  to manage  the technical steps.

for example I would like to put an icon on my dads windows desktop  s.t in one click I could control his screen.

i.e. I would like to shorten this process for my dad:

1 I am sending my dad to his email the meetings join invitation.

2 my dad joins and i accept.

3 my dad has to ask for share screen

4 i approve

5 I ask for remote control for his screen

6 my dad approves

thanks very much

Hello.

I am in the Admin dashboard and clicked on a live meeting in progress to try and determine the participants who have attended.  The list has multiple entries of either "Name Unavailable" or "Name Unavailable (Guest)" and when I click on one of the entries the name is still "unavailable" under the participant field.

I have attached a screen grab showing what I mean.

How can I change settings or enable ability to see the participants or "Display Name" of the participants attending?

Wish to use this to help audit attendance for group sessions.

Thanks.

Alex

Hello,

I would like to understand how to interpret the differences between sending and receiving video statistics.

For example, if I see a lot of packet loss on "Receive" but not on "Send" and/or low Frame Per Second on "Receive" but not on "Send" does that tell me anything about whether there might be a problem on the other person's side (in a 2 way meeting) rather than my side? If not, does the difference between Send and Receive statistics suggest anything about where problems might be originating?

Thank you.

video meeting history

Is there anyway to get meeting history - I would like to see a list of all my meetings from 2021.  Also, after a meeting I would like to be able to find out how long the meeting was.

Thanks!

In the last few months (Fall 2021) the option to move participants from a breakout room back to the main session seems to be only inconsistently available, even though there are options to move these participants to other breakout rooms.  Yesterday, the 'main session' option was missing for all our participants joining by telephone.  'Main session' simply did not appear under the 'move to' choices for telephone participants, although it was an option for participants in the same meeting who had joined in other ways.   Since (I believe) telephone participants cannot move themselves, we needed to have them leave the meeting and then rejoin in order to get to the main session.  Are we missing something?
