When having participants register first for a meeting, is there a way to disable the 'Meeting Registration Approved' screen/message that appears on the screen for the user once they register? I don't want participants to see this screen, specifically the URL. The only way we want them to see it is through the email that Zoom sends to them directly.

It's easy to find great 'nature' virtual backgrounds (bg's) and upload them to make you look like you are sitting in front of a beautiful lake, river, waterfall or green backyard. Lately I have also uploaded several 'motion' video backgrounds, so the river/waterfall and tree branches appear 'live,' moving, like I'm really outdoors (but with the full lighting & noise control of my studio/office.) However, some of these 'motion video' bgs are at too close a perspective (see attachment,) so for example, if I call up a repeating video of rain falling on a lotus pond, the leaves and raindrops are huge, making me look like I must be halfway submerged in the pond 🙂 instead of it being 25 ft. behind me. Using a screencast adjustment program like iGlasses, I can enlarge my face to take up more of the screen. But is there a way I can pull back the size of the background, so it looks smaller, more distant, without going into a video editing program and changing the resolution?

I recently purchased the PAC add on anticipating that I could do the following:
Have 50 people on a call via their landline or mobile phone. Have them on mute until they indicated to me (the host) that they wanted to ask a question ... by pressing a key (eg hash or star) at which time they would become visible to me. I would allow them to unmute and they ask their question. Once done, I put them away and back on mute.
IOW like a Webinar where attendees use the Raise Hand icon to indicate to speak. But this does not seem to be the case with Zoom PAC ... ? Or am I missing something ?

Hi there. On June 13, 2021, I hosted a zoom meeting with a client. I joined by PC; she joined by phone. I'm pretty sure I recorded the session. I went into my zoom account and there is no record of the meeting ever taking place, yet I have the zoom meeting invite details that she used to join the call. Any ideas? Thanks for your help.

Our default calendar is set to Google Calendar as the majority of our users use it. We've onboarded a subset of users into Zoom from our partner org. The partner org uses Office 365 Calendar. Is there a way to allow some users to configure Calendar Synchronization other then default Calendar (Google)? Thanks,

Using MacBookPro 2020, I am sharing slides as virtual background. When I record this, my video(face) is not being shown in the recording. I just see slides with audio. Can anyone please help me?

There are occasions when the participants are divided into different "factions" - such as during an online negotiation where we want to share internal terms of reference internally within a faction without sharing it with the other faction; etc... Is there a way do do this? Even if only for the host? Is there a way to use breakout rooms perhaps?
or we have a panel interviewing candidates - and the panel (individual Zoom participants) wants to confidentially share CVs of other candidates without showing it on screen to the current candidate being interviewed;

Sorry .. but two new user question to do with accepting invitations. I use OUTLOOK 2019, GOOGLE CALENDAR and WINDOWS 10. When I accept a Zoom Invite the invite goes straight to my trash folder.. and then vanishes when the trash gets emptied. The invite does not show up in my GOOGLE calendar.. Can I fix it so the invite stays in my inbox, just marked ad read.. and appear asa meeting in my GOOGLE calendar ? Many thanks in advance
