I am a private tutor. I send an invitation to the student’s email when I set it up the night before. But many times students go to click on it and it says I am in another meeting. I send another invitation when that happens, but they are still not able to get into the meeting sometimes. What gives?

Hi. I started my meeting but paused recording waiting for my guests to come in. One of my guests was having problems so i exited the meeting to help him. Once everything was sorted out i went back into the meeting and we recodred a 2 hour plus podcast. Afterwards it told me that meeting couldnt process until the first one was done, so I clicked ok and went to deal with the first one. Now i can't find the 2hour meeting anywhere either on zoom or on my computer. can someone help?

I am signed in as the owner of this account, and am unable to change "automatic recording." Says it is locked by administrator. Huh??

Is any API for getting zoom meeting chat data? Actually, I need a list of those messages which we are sharing at the time of zoom video call.
We currently have SSO enabled for and configured with "Only authenticated users can join meetings". We need to allow other external facilitators (outside our company) to access particular sessions with the participant link, so we can then promote them to co-host. We've been sharing the host link, but this presents other problems like having the same name as the other host (which can be changed), and the last host who enters the meeting gets all the privilege's. Do we "allow authentication exceptions" to do this, or is there another way? Thank you.

i am using a laptop for zoom meetings. when i am unmuted there is a constant static noise
I have a paid account and am using G suite to schedule meetings.I want to use just the waiting room but I can't figure out how to turn off pass codes.
I need to increase my cloud storage space, but I don't need 100GB. I thought about purchasing another license for my PRO plan, so I will then have 2GB which is enough for me. But does this mean I have to distribute the meetings and recordings between 2 users, or is it ok if I still use only my primary account? Hope my question is clear. I cannot find the answer to it anywhere. Thank you for your help.

I set up the meeting and recorded the meeting. I was the original host and turned it over to another host. I was not in the meeting when it ended. I cannot locate the recording in the cloud or local recordings. Usually a pop up box shows and then I save the file. Is there a way to locate the recording? I checked the cloud and the local and cannot locate any for today. Thank you,
