Hi. Hoping someone can tell me why my Registration Form is showing a 'Registration is Closed' message. I have a Basic Meeting plan with a 100 participant limit - is there a max limit on the number of registrations?

The form , which is for a recurring meeting, has been working fine up until today (or at least very very recently).

 

Also how can I cancel/remove registrations  without email the registrant? (Many of them are months and months old  and no longer attend the meeting)

 

Any help would be much appreciated. Thank you, Mark

We are a clinic and we organize big meetings with our patients (up to 500 participants).

 

Most of them are senior citizens and usually are not registered on zoom but use the zoom client to enter directly.

 

As a result of that,  the names that appears in the meeting do not identified the participant most of the times (ipad of peter, carly, iphone, ...).

 

We treat to explain them how to rename themself, or that they should register, so we could identify withot doubts a valid participant, but it doesn't work,...   and we dont want  to prevent entry for that reason (we will be alone in the meeting).

 

We have already identified our patiens in our clinic sistem, so, our idea is to send the link meeting including the name of the participant to avoid problems with identifications in the zoom meeting.

 

We asked for this modification some time ago, but didn't have answer.

 

Any help will be well received

I am using  the Atem Mini Pro  with 3 cameras. camera 1 is being used as my webcam and camera 2& 3 are used to show other products or obj. when switching to Cam 2&3 it is showing my virtual background which I do not want.

Is there a keyboard shortcut or some way of switching to camera 2&3 with out showing  the virtual Background when you switch to cam 2&3?

I hold a meeting for about 400 participants. I have a pro-licence for maximum 500 participants. Recently I started experiencing problems taking back participants to their breakout rooms if they are logged out because of power/internet instability. When they log back to main session, we cannot take them back to their breakout room. Anyone knows what we can do?

Resolved! Large Meeting Add-On

I have paid for a large meeting add on to my pro membership - is this automatically applied to every meeting I set up? It says under settings that my capacity is 100 but I've paid and activated the add-on, do I need to do anything else?

Resolved! Scheduling a meeting but no audio options for calling in

Hello!

 

I have just scheduled 2 work meetings.  It no longer offers me the Audio feature for computer and/or telephone.  I also need the telephone call in feature.  I have the basic service.  Can someone please help!!!

Hi

I have been using my laptop for zoom meetings for a while.  Today, when I joined a zoom meeting, I could not hear the others and they can't hear me too.  I did a test of the speaker and microphone, don't seem to be working.

However, I am still able to hear sounds when I watch video online.  Also when I tested the speakers and mic on the windows settings, they are working well.  Can anyone advise what should I do?  Is it some wrong setting?  It seems so sudden.
