Local Meeting Recording

Hi, I hosted and recorded a meeting and when I try and watch the video (using Mac) it tells me to convert it but when I click to convert it nothing happens. I can see the file in my finer but clicking on it does nothing. What am I doing wrong? Thanks... Show more

i have an agency related to consultancy. Recently we have started zoom calls for consultancy. when i start sharing my laptop screen during the call, the cam of my laptop turned off.

i have tried many times but unable to solve.

Actually this is amazon consultant company so we need to turn on my cam during share the screen.

Can owner inspect scheduled meetings by "admin" users?

I have three accounts: Person A is the owner, Person B and Person C are admins. When Person A schedules a meeting Person B and Person C can see the scheduled meetings, but when Person B (admin) and Person C (admin) schedule meetings Person A (owner) ... Show more

I have three accounts: Person A is the owner, Person B and Person C are admins.

 

When Person A schedules a meeting Person B and Person C can see the scheduled meetings, but when Person B (admin) and Person C (admin) schedule meetings Person A (owner) can't see the scheduled meetings.

 

Is this normal? If no how can have the account owner inspect the scheduled meetings of the admins?

Hello Team, 

Would anyone have any suggestions to fix this? Ever since the new zoom patch, I've been having blue screen after blue screen whenever turning on video feature during meetings and even in settings options. 

I have already uninstalled and reinstalled the drivers for my camera (Logitech C20) through the Device Manager and redownloaded the driver from the Logitech website but there still seems to be an issue with Zoom. 

Need a fix for this asap, if possible would appreciate all help.

Seeing same person in 3 squares, and occasionally all blacked out except names.

I host 5 AA Meetings a week and they all work fine except one. It's in the USA on Thursday 1.30 EST. The screen can be blurred and a pink colour in every picture. or It can be completely blacked out in every picture except for the names of the partic... Show more

I host 5 AA Meetings a week and they all work fine except one. It's in the USA on Thursday 1.30 EST. The screen can be blurred and a pink colour in every picture. or It can be completely blacked out in every picture except for the names of the participants. or I can see three or four videos of the same person in each square. The other participants have no trouble with this Meeting. When I sign into this group I get told having trouble connecting you, please join with your browser. Help please

Disconnect when using two accounts on the same network

Currently I am having a problem, when in the same network I log in to two zoom accounts on two different devices, one account works normally, the other one, it takes about 4 to 5 minutes to disconnect . I have tried on both mobile and pc it's the same case. When I use vpn, this temporarily solves this situation, is there any way to completely fix this problem?

Resolved! how to start a couple of meetings

Tell me, please, if I need to create sub-accounts for start a couple of meetings in same time, I need to become a zoom partner, then I will have access to the master account api, is there any other option?

Meetings are not appearing in our scheduled meetings and connectivity issues. It's multiple locations and networks that are experiencing the issue. Anyone else?

At step 5, I do not see the either one of the settings listed.

 

Background info: I have successfully linked 3 Pro accounts following the steps from: Linking-accounts-to-an-organization 

 

Any help? Which step or settings am I skipping? Suggestions?
