Hello, I keep getting an error message saying Zoom has failed to detect mic and speakers but when I test mic and speakers they always work. I've tried several things with no success: -Using different mic and speakers -open in administrator mode -re-install zoom -update computer drives -download zoom for it admins None of these worked Can anyone help fix this issue, please? After sharing my screen, my audio starts to have a big (several seconds) delay. What may be the reason?
I am a project manager and the Zoom account owner for an organisation which has 9 Pro users, and 39 Basic users. We plan to upgrade everyone to Business. My question concerns whether it is possible to activate certain Business features in phases over the course of about a month (which makes things easier for us to test and manage) or whether it all has to be done on day one. I've tried reaching out to the Zoom sales team to go through these questions but am struggling to get them to keep to an appointment. The plan is: Phase One Upgrade to Business, transfer all users to Business licences. Phase Two Branding - get vanity URL approved and apply it, create and apply branded landing page and email templates. Phase Three SSO and Managed Domain - get domain name approval, synch with MS Azure AD, switch on managed domain and SSO. If this is not possible please set me right! Alternatively, if anyone has upgraded to Business in phases and can share your experience and anything you might have done differently in hindsight, I'd appreciate hearing from you.

How can I give host and screen permissions without attending a meeting myself?
Hi, I want to make a breakout room so I set in my setting room like that. But when I open the zoom, I can't see the breakout room. What can I do?
Hi everyone I'm an Early Years Primary classroom teacher and currently daily Zoom user. Would Zoom consider enabling users to create and store breakout room groups to access each login...when they needed to? When I login to an Early Years class, there are often several adults and breakout rooms. The teacher spends quite a bit of time (while the 5 year olds are doing backflips) creating rooms for a set groups of students that may be the same room/group for each curriculum area. If we could have the ability to set up and store pre-set, named breakout rooms it would be amazing! Also, latecomers could then go straight to the breakout room, perhaps? Eg; Room 1 Pre-set breakout rooms (remembering we do have 30 kids per class) Dogs Reading Group: Sally, Sam, Sarah Cats Reading group: Davey, Donna, Diane Boat Maths group: Sally, Davey Ferry Maths group: Sam, Sarah, Donna, Diane etc Would anyone else use this feature? I'm hoping someone will think it's a must have : )
