Hallo liebes Zoom Community,

nach dem ich am Donnerstag einem Update zugestimmt habe, kann sich mein Zoom nicht mehr mit dem Internet verbinden.

Es wird angezeigt, dass ich meine Internet Verbindung überprüfen soll.
Dies kann aber definitiv nicht der Fall sein, weil ich permanent im Internet bin und sogar diese Mail mit dem selben Rechner schreibe.
Ich bitte um eine schnelle Hilfe.

hosting a webinar

My current account is licensed for meetings up to 100 participants. I would like to organize a webinar in November for up to 1000 participants. This webinar will be one-off. 

 

What is the most cost-effective way to be able to do this?

Joining a meeting

I am using the latest version of Zoom Client(version-5.7.6 (1055))on my PC(Windows 7 Pro SP1 64-bit). It was running well, but recently I'm not able to join any meeting. I have reported at least 12+ times but it's of no use. The problem persists.Well... Show more

on my PC(Windows 7 Pro SP1 64-bit). It was running well, but recently I'm not able to join any meeting. I have reported at least 12+ times but it's of no use. The problem persists.Well....I've already tried uninstalling and reinstalling it 3 times but it is of no use.

Blurring of background during zoom call

Hi everyone, my zoom version is 5.7 but why is it that I could not see the option to blur my background under settings? Do I need to upgrade to a paid subscription plan in order to see ?

I've been using Zoom from home but now I have to go into an office with no wifi one day a week, using Zoom for 6 hours. Will using my iphone as a hotspot provide consistent quality? Would using a hotspot device be better? I'm a psychotherapist, so I need to have a consistent signal.

Resolved! Registering for a meeting

Error code 5003 on one laptop whilst other works fine

Hi - I recently bought a Dell Iaptop and, when I try to join a Zoom meeting using the desktop client in Windows, I get the following message:

 

Unable to connect:

Check to make sure you're connected to a stable network that cannot be blocked by a firewall or proxy.

Error code: 5003

 

I can see from searching elsewhere that this error code is common with a range of possible resolutions, but none seem to work for me (restarting the computer, I have all the latest driver updates, status of Zoom servers is fine,  reset Network Adapter settings, added Zoom as a trusted site).  I have tried the obvious ones and only installed Zoom a couple of days ago so it must be the latest version.

 

What is particularly odd is that I have an older HP laptop on which the Zoom Windows desktop client works fine.  This other laptop is on the same wi-fi network, both use Norton 360 and both are Windows 10 laptops.  I was just wondering if this information might help to narrow down what the problem might be and if anyone has any ideas?

Waiting room

Waiting room is enabled and still people coming in immediate. The waiting room doesn't work anymore, and was working till september 1st 2021.

 

Any solution available?
