My post-meeting survey results can not be viewed (greyed out)

When I go to view the results of my workshop survey I can see the link BUT it is greyed-out (see attached). Has anyone experienced this problem before? Any suggestions about accessing the survey results?

I've seen this happen to reports that errored out while running. Try re-running the report if you can. It's possible nobody answered your survey so there is nothing to report.
