Remote control for participants

Hi,  I followed the following instructions to get my remote control option back and it still is not there.  Any other solutions?

 

Are there any issues with the remote control option?  I was using it with a student in the morning and then in the afternoon it disappeared.  I follow the directions from the following solution and still doesn't work.

The following steps should help get the old installation cleared, and get Zoom reinstalled and working for you.
Could you please run the CleanZoom application in the attachments, and then restart your computer when it's finished?
Once done restarting please visit this link https://zoom.us/support/download this will automatically download the newest version for you.
Please install this version once downloaded.

 

Did all this and still not there!  Really need this option for my students.

Hey @scazdi, after looking into the https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/201362673-Requesting-or-giving-remote-control KB article on remote control have you ensured you still have Remote control enabled? You can also look into https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/208072316-Remote-Support-Session for more info on this feature.
